How we work
Four things we mean
Never invent, only rewrite
Every moment Verso surfaces is a verbatim quote from the transcript. We do not add facts the creator did not say, and we do not claim a clip is theirs if it is not. Being honest about the edges is what makes the middle believable.
Measure quality, do not assume it
Every prompt change runs against a set of transcripts with known good outputs before it ships. A clip or post that drifts from the source never reaches the board. Confidence without verification is the failure mode of this whole category.
Small team, real ownership
Nine people. You own an area, not a ticket queue, and you will talk to creators in your first fortnight. Equity is real and we explain the numbers rather than waving at them.
