We care about craft. The site and the app should feel considered, bright and confident, never like a template.
You will own the design system, the marketing site and the core flows of the app, working closely with the founders.
What you would own
- Own the design system and keep it consistent across site and app
- Design the core app flows, from empty state to a full board
- Set the bar for motion and interaction
- Design the marketing site and its stories
What we are looking for
- A portfolio of shipped product and marketing work
- Fluency in a modern design and prototyping stack
- Strong opinions about type, spacing and restraint
- Comfort as the first designer at an early company
How hiring runs
A thirty-minute call with a founder, then a paid work session on a real problem from our backlog, three to four hours, then conversations with two people you would work with. Four steps, usually inside two weeks, and we tell you where you stand at every one.
