Slower projects during a provider incident

One model provider had elevated latency for about 40 minutes. Verso's routing failed over to a second provider, so projects completed but took longer than usual. No projects were lost.

Link ingestion delays

Pulling transcripts from links was queuing behind a backlog for around 25 minutes after a deploy. Pasted transcripts were unaffected. Cleared after a restart.
